We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for our Talent Acquisition Team. As a Talent Acquisition partner, you will be crucial in managing the selection process, overseeing the recruiting managers relationship and ensuring that regular updates are provided, while collaborating with the research team to maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Drawing on your proficiency in planning, developing, and building connections with market stakeholders, you will generate a talent pool for succession planning and future hires, track pipeline activity, negotiate offers, and enhance the local talent pipeline and interview process to deliver unique experiences only the company can provide.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Execute the full lifecycle recruiting process for assigned departments.
  • Manage relationships with hiring managers and ensure regular updates.
  • Collaborate with the Research team to maintain a healthy talent pipeline.
  • Strategize innovative ways to build talent pipelines in conjunction with the research team.
  • Oversee the selection process and ensure candidates receive timely updates.
  • Regularly track pipeline activity to update internal stakeholders.
  • Recommend and drive improvements that affect the local talent pipeline and interview process.
  • Negotiate offers and articulate the EVP to prospective candidates while offering guidance on relocation, sign-on bonuses, etc.
  • Participate in developing and implementing sourcing and hiring strategies for challenging openings.
  • Build a talent pool for succession planning and future hires.
  • Proactively cultivate stakeholder relationships in the market.
  • Report on TA metrics weekly and monthly.
  • Ensure ATS is updated with accurate hiring needs vs fulfillment data.

Your Expertise:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience as an end-to-end recruiter.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ATS programs like Greenhouse.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent preferred.
  • Passionate about people practices and pursuing a career in talent acquisition.
  • Well-organized.
