About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process with a strong focus on sales and related hiring throughout the organization. This role involves strategic collaboration with senior management to align recruitment needs effectively, build, and execute recruitment plans. You will proactively build talent pipelines for upcoming hiring needs and support current openings across Saudi Arabia.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce plans and execution requirements while providing subject matter expertise in recruitment, including market conditions and competitor analysis.
  • Serve as the primary contact for line managers regarding recruitment activities.
  • Analyze the business's recruitment needs and develop recruitment plans, including writing and assessing job descriptions, establishing candidate attraction methods, and minimizing management involvement in the recruitment process.
  • Lead regional and global initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team, such as the employee referral scheme.
  • Coach line managers on recruitment policies, procedures, best practices, selection processes, competency frameworks, and interview techniques.
  • Source candidates through headhunting, advertising, referrals, and research.
  • Conduct HR Competency/Biographical interviews.
  • Coordinate CVs, interviews, and offer feedback to line managers and candidates.
  • Research and develop innovative recruitment strategies and solutions to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Provide business-specific management information upon request, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Maintain and utilize our ATS system (Workday).
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to enhance the quality of candidates entering the company.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience in direct hiring across Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience in a software vendor and/or technology business.
  • Specific experience in recruiting sales roles.
  • Ability to manage projects within a matrix environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of direct hiring methods such as headhunting, search, advertising, database search, and referral campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple senior executives.
  • An understanding of various candidate attraction methods and their appropriate application.
  • Familiarity with diverse selection and assessment tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of HR policy, process, and legislation.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while adhering to tight timelines and quality measures.
  • A team player willing to support others during busy periods.
  • Excellent fluency in English is essential.
  • Outstanding customer-facing and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities at all levels, including executives.
  • Capability to build relationships in person and over the phone.
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline processes, and drive business outcomes.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), particularly Workday.
  • Knowledge of psychometric profiling.
