About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the hiring requirements for the company by proactively planning, attracting, sourcing, and maintaining a pipeline of existing and potential candidates. The role is designed to enhance organizational effectiveness by ensuring the best quality candidates are identified and selected appropriately and within required timeframes. You will primarily support the Transport and Aviation sector while collaborating closely with Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists, Talent Acquisition Specialists, and Onboarding Specialists, as well as key stakeholders such as HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Conduct resourcing needs analysis briefings with Hiring Managers to understand current and future requirements.
- Directly source candidates using appropriate contact channels (e.g., CV databases, networking, social media, headhunting, talent pools).
- Ensure effective sourcing strategies and attraction plans are established to maintain a steady pipeline of quality candidates for current and future requirements, including mass hiring, direct sourcing, and use of contingency/retained agencies as approved.
- Engage with external talent through networking, researching, mapping, and creating candidate pools via job boards.
- Comply with all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and reward governance.
- Ensure vacancies are advertised in accordance with statutory requirements and brand guidelines.
- Manage and maintain the Success Factors applicant tracking system, EIC, and Recruitment Tracker to ensure a high level of data integrity for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Carry out the end-to-end recruitment process on SuccessFactors, ensuring all mandatory documentation is maintained on the system without exception unless approved otherwise.
- Pre-screen candidates and attend interviews with Line Managers to ensure the best quality candidates are identified and selected.
- Draft interview questions and determine the appropriate interview pack and technique based on role level, advising and supporting the Line Manager accordingly.
Specific Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of in-house or agency recruitment experience.
- Extensive experience successfully identifying candidates through direct sourcing and research is essential.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing effective candidate sourcing strategies.
- Proficient in all elements of the recruiting process, including candidate attraction, qualification, networking, assessing, talent pooling, and stakeholder management.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS/Recruitment systems, SAP, and external databases.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and oral).
- Experience with high-volume recruitment.
