Responsibilities
- Carry out recruitment requirements under the Allied Medical, Admin, and Support Services divisions.
- Source CVs for budgeted positions as per Management System for Records (MSR).
- Execute job postings on both internal and external websites and other job portals registered with the company.
- Screen CVs as per the company/Dubai Health Authority (DHA) requirements through cold calling.
- Enforce Networking by communicating with applicants and asking for references in case of multiple vacancies of similar roles.
- Conduct initial screening of applicants by cold calling before forwarding them to the concerned department head according to their checklist.
- Update person profiles while formally communicating updates to both department heads and employees.
- Arrange interviews with the concerned department for the shortlisted applicants.
- Send interview reminders to candidates and the concerned department head.
- Coordinate and participate in interviewing and selection of staff.
- Ensure that requests are raised on iFusion and that all interview sheets are completed.
- Prepare job offer documents, update records, clarify queries, and facilitate the entry process of new employees.
- Release offers and brief candidates about the process of pre-employment medicals and DHA process for clinical staff.
- Ensure all required information and documentation is provided to the selected candidate.
- Handover the file to the onboarding team.
- Provide necessary justification for difficult-to-place vacancies in case of any salary deviations.
- Follow up on documentation and answer candidates' queries and concerns.
- Provide a list of new joiners to the HR training department and enroll their names for Hospital Orientation.
- Provide monthly reports to the CHRO, highlighting any areas of concern.
- Ensure the time taken to recruit is in line with benchmarks.
- Take ownership of each recruitment drive, delivering high-quality candidates that meet essential criteria for the role.
- Ensure all advertisements and campaigns, as well as job postings, are professionally drafted to meet job criteria.
- Support colleagues in obtaining applicant profiles, continually sharing candidates with senior recruiters based on current vacancies.
- Communicate with candidates to ensure required paperwork is returned and contractual issues are understood.
- Liaise with department directors/heads to regularly identify specific recruitment and selection requirements.
- Participate in Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA) related audits.
- Exhibit professional conduct, communication, and presentation at all times to promote the organization, ensuring candidates are given the best impression of the organization as an employer of choice.
Qualifications
- Graduate from a recognized University/College or via the Institute of Personnel Development.
Professional Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a recruitment role in UAE, particularly within the healthcare industry.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Well-versed in MS Office applications.
- Previous Middle Eastern recruitment experience in the Healthcare sector is essential.
