About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the hiring requirements for the Middle East region by proactively planning, attracting, sourcing, and maintaining a pipeline of existing and potential candidates. The role will significantly enhance organizational effectiveness through careful identification and appropriate selection of the best quality candidates within required timeframes. This position will be based in the corporate office in Dubai, primarily supporting the Transport and Aviation sector, and will involve close collaboration with Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Onboarding Specialists.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Conduct resourcing needs analysis briefings with Hiring Managers to understand current and future staffing requirements.
- Directly source candidates using various channels such as CV databases, networking, social media, headhunting, and talent pools.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies and attraction plans to ensure a steady pipeline of quality candidates, including mass hiring and direct sourcing.
- Engage with external talent through networking, researching, mapping, and creating candidate pools.
- Comply with all relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reward governance.
- Ensure vacancies are advertised in accordance with statutory requirements and the company's brand standards.
- Manage and maintain the SuccessFactors applicant tracking system and Recruitment Tracker for high data integrity and accurate reporting.
- Perform pre-screening of candidates and attend interviews with Line Managers for assigned roles.
- Draft interview questions and develop interview techniques based on the level of the role, advising Line Managers as needed.
Specific Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years in-house or agency recruitment experience.
- Extensive experience in identifying candidates through direct sourcing and research is essential.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies.
- Experienced in all elements of the recruiting process, including candidate attraction, networking, assessment, and stakeholder management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ATS/Recruitment systems, SAP, and external databases.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and oral).
- Experience with high-volume recruitment.
