About the Role:
Join the pre-opening team of the company, a landmark destination on the Saudi coast. As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent to support the successful opening and ongoing operation of the resort. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will oversee recruitment activities while ensuring alignment with the company's culture, service philosophy, and brand standards.

What You Will Do:
- Supervise and manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple departments.
- Partner closely with department heads to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the right cultural and technical fit.
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and sourcing initiatives locally and internationally.
- Ensure all job postings, candidate tracking, and hiring processes are managed through Workday (WD).
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and compliance documentation.
- Support pre-employment processes including offers, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
- Promote the company as an employer of choice and deliver a positive candidate experience.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within luxury hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and employer branding.
- Experience with HR systems and applicant tracking systems; Workday experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous pre-opening experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in English.
- Local's only as per the Saudi labor law.
