About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's strategic objectives through timely recruitment and the development of future talent pools. Reporting to the TA Manager, you will work closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to fill open positions, while enhancing the company’s position as an Employer of Choice and participating in strategic Talent Acquisition projects. This position is an 18-month contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop job descriptions and specifications, leading strategy meetings with hiring managers to Understand role requirements and advise on recruitment strategy.
- Identify potential candidates through intricate Boolean searches, professional networking, candidate referrals, and the use of the internal CRM.
- Conduct interviews evaluating employment factors such as experience, education, training, skills, and other relevant data.
- Create and execute strategies to increase candidate flow and optimize diversity in candidate sourcing.
- Coach Hiring Managers and coordinate the selection process to ensure optimal candidate selection.
- Prepare, extend, and negotiate competitive job offers.
Key Competencies
- 3 to 5 years of client-facing recruitment experience, either in-house or in agencies.
- Experience in recruiting within the Life Science industry (Medical Devices and/or Pharmaceuticals) is a plus.
- Experience recruiting in emerging and new markets across the MENA region, particularly the Eurasia region, is an advantage.
- Familiarity with face-to-face and online interviewing techniques, including competency-based interviews.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools, alongside proactive recruiting methods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate administrative tasks with TA coordinators' assistance.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service focus.
- Experience with SuccessFactors ATS is a plus.
- Knowledge of Russian, Turkish, or Arabic is considered an advantage.
