Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end recruiting lifecycle
• Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
• Skills in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Proficient in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter
• Job description and intake management abilities
• Interview scheduling and screening proficiency
• Competence in recruiting analytics and reporting
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Capability in structured interviewing
• Effective communication and follow-up methods
• Negotiation skills
• Excellent time management and organization skills
