What You’ll Do
- Partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to understand hiring needs and shape recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across different levels, with a primary focus on Riyadh and additional support for international markets.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through direct search, job boards, social media, networking events, and other relevant channels.
- Create a clear, respectful, and positive candidate experience throughout the selection process.
- Share market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions, workforce planning, and future talent needs.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple countries to support current and future hiring requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting in line with company policies and data privacy requirements.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition projects across the region and internationally.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR roles in a multinational or healthcare environment.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for a range of positions.
- Strong understanding of the KSA talent landscape and recruitment practices.
- Experience working independently, managing multiple priorities, and adapting to changing business needs.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
