Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to advise on recruitment processes, market trends, and strategies for candidate pipeline development.
- Establish creative sourcing and recruitment strategies to proactively find quality candidates and build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience, regardless of outcome, and promote the company’s brand to all talent.
- Utilize social media and employer branding to support talent attraction efforts.
- Partner with regional recruitment team members to ensure operational talent acquisition deliverables align with business outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with systems and processes across all requisitions.
- Collaborate with the regional recruitment lead to address program issues and implement solutions for improving talent quality.
- Use data, analytics, and industry insights to support Talent Acquisition conversations and present information effectively.
- Participate in recruitment-based programs, including diversity initiatives, student outreach, and college recruiting.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required to ensure the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence achieves its goals.
Basic Job Requirements
- Relevant degree (Bachelor).
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with proven proactive sourcing capabilities.
- Technical expertise in applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics.
- Strong candidate management skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and embrace changes for efficiencies and continuous improvement.
- Team player with a desire to contribute to a successful regional function.
- Ability to work within a complex, matrix-driven professional services environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences, including business leaders, coworkers, clients, vendors, candidates, and other stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Preferred candidates are local Saudi Arabia residents.
