As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will help attract and hire talent across a variety of functions within GIH. You will partner with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and candidates to deliver effective recruitment outcomes while supporting current and future workforce needs. What You’ll Do

  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand hiring needs and support recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of positions within GIH, DIFC, and selected international markets.
  • Identify and engage qualified talent through direct sourcing, job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels.
  • Deliver a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions and workforce planning discussions.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring requirements across multiple locations.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting, and documentation in line with company policies and data privacy requirements.
  • Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives while collaborating with colleagues across countries to share best practices.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR roles in a multinational or healthcare environment.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across different types of roles.
  • Knowledge of the UAE talent market and local recruitment practices.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and adapt to changing business requirements.
