About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and collaborative Talent Partner to join our growing global People Team on a 6-month Maternity cover contract. The successful candidate will support across Commercial & Corporate and Operations with a particular focus on Sales and Commercial roles in MEA and APAC. As these regions continue to scale at pace, you’ll work closely with your Senior Talent Partner to deliver high-quality hires across multiple locations. This is a hands-on delivery role with the opportunity to lead special projects that influence how we attract, engage, and retain talent globally.
You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and colleagues across the People Team, acting as an ambassador for the company’s values and helping us build a world-class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Delivery & Sourcing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring quality, pace, and candidate experience.
  • Proactively source and engage top talent across global markets using a mix of direct sourcing, networking, and creative outreach.
  • Screen, assess, and present candidates with clarity, ensuring alignment on both skills and culture.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data, pipelines, and reporting in our ATS (Ashby).
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure smooth process flow, timely feedback, and aligned decision-making.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, understanding their teams, goals, and priorities.
  • Partner with your Senior Talent Partner to forecast hiring needs and contribute to workforce planning discussions.
  • Collaborate with the People Ops Lead to ensure seamless onboarding, contracts, and compliance.
  • Share market intelligence, competitor insights, and candidate feedback to inform hiring strategies.

Employer Brand & Candidate Experience

  • Champion the company’s culture and values through every touchpoint of the recruitment process.
  • Deliver a consistent, transparent, and inclusive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Contribute to employer brand and talent attraction initiatives in collaboration with the Brand and Communications teams.
  • Represent the company externally, through digital engagement, events, or partnerships that build our presence in the fintech and payments space.

Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Support the TA Leads in developing dashboards and data insights for leadership reporting.
  • Share recommendations to enhance recruitment processes, tools, and candidate engagement.

Special Projects & Growth Initiatives

  • Lead or contribute to projects that elevate our Talent function, e.g. early-careers programmes, diversity and inclusion initiatives, market mapping, or global recruitment campaigns.
  • Collaborate on process improvement, new sourcing tools, or candidate experience enhancements.
  • Partner with the Senior Talent Partners on content creation, social media strategy, and storytelling for our employer brand.
  • Support wider People Team projects, such as onboarding improvements, workforce data accuracy, or engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within fintech, payments, or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong experience recruiting within one or more of the following areas: Commercial & Corporate (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Legal, or Finance)
  • Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, social channels, and networks. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple roles at pace.
  • Proven stakeholder management, confident, professional, and collaborative.
  • Experience using ATS tools (Ashby preferred) and maintaining accurate data pipelines.
  • Curious and creative, someone who enjoys problem-solving and improving how we do things.
  • Passionate about people, culture, and delivering a best-in-class recruitment experience.
