The role focuses primarily on experienced hiring across Go-to-Market functions, with a secondary responsibility to establish the company's early careers presence in the region. What You'll Do:

  • Develop the foundations: Be the company's first dedicated TA presence in the Middle East, shaping how we hire and building the company employer brand in the region.
  • Partner with the business: Collaborate with senior leaders to understand hiring needs, challenge the scope and design of roles, and translate business priorities into hiring strategies.
  • Own full-cycle recruitment: Lead the end-to-end hiring process for experienced and early careers, developing sourcing strategies and managing offers.
  • Establish early careers in the region: Create the company's university recruiting approach by identifying partnerships and designing a candidate experience that attracts emerging talent in the Middle East.
  • Raise the bar on data and process: Track meaningful metrics, ensure compliance with local employment regulations, and advocate for inclusive hiring practices.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Extensive full-cycle recruiting experience in the Middle East market, with an understanding of the regional talent landscape.
  • A proven track record hiring across Go-to-Market functions and advising on role design and success profiles.
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and shaping hiring strategies, with credibility in challenging unrealistic briefs.
  • A demonstrated builder mindset, thriving in environments with undefined processes.
  • Some exposure to university recruiting or early careers hiring, with involvement in partnerships and campus engagement.
  • Strong sourcing and closing skills in competitive markets, with success in securing top talent.
  • A data-driven approach with knowledge of valuable recruiting metrics and clean ATS maintenance.
  • Familiarity with local employment practices and regulations in the Middle East.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
