Your Role, Your Impact
- Drive end-to-end project execution for signalling systems, ensuring scalability and compliance with international standards such as CENELEC EN 50126/8/9.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and customer teams to align technical solutions with operational needs and project goals.
- Ensure reliability and safety of signalling subsystems through rigorous validation, verification, and risk management processes.
- Foster innovation by integrating digital signalling technologies like CBTC and ETCS Level 2 into project delivery frameworks.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across global teams through structured lessons-learned sessions and technical workshops.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.
What You Bring
- Proficiency in signalling design and project lifecycle management using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Strong understanding of railway safety standards and system assurance methodologies.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex infrastructure or transportation projects.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver under tight regulatory and operational constraints.
- Knowledge of modern signalling technologies including interlocking systems, CBTC, and ETCS architectures.
