Your Mission:

• Design and optimize scalable, secure, high-performance blockchain architectures
• Develop, integrate, test, and maintain smart contracts and decentralized protocol components
• Conduct technical research for new blockchain and DeFi features
• Work on cross-chain interoperability solutions and improve execution efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product delivery and enhancements

Who You Are:

• Professional experience in production backend systems
• Proficiency in Golang, Typescript, or other backend programming languages
• Solid understanding of system design principles
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, smart contracts, and transaction handling
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective in fast-paced environments

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with open-source blockchain or Web3 projects
• Familiar with zero-knowledge technologies and rollup architectures
• Background in distributed systems or low-latency infrastructure
