Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive talent analytics to provide real-time insights for hiring processes.
  • Conduct in-depth behavioral talent interviews to gain insights into motivations and behaviors.
  • Build relationships with global stakeholders to monitor hiring activities and ensure consistency.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to support robust decision-making processes.
  • Review and improve hiring processes and tools for continuous enhancement.
  • Collaborate with external third parties to ensure optimal return on investment.
  • Advocate for diversity and inclusion, mitigating unconscious bias in the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Psychology-based subject.
  • Experience hiring talent in technology or consulting industries.
  • Strong data-driven mindset and analytical problem-solving skills (SQL proficiency; Python and statistical analysis preferred).
  • Knowledge of psychometric assessments and behavioral interview techniques.
  • High level of personal organization and self-drive to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel for company events 2-4 times a year, for up to two weeks each.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience in sourcing and headhunting.
  • Understanding of statistical significance testing, Bayesian inference, and predictive analytics.
  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, Greenhouse, and DISC profiling.

  • Remote position based in the EMEA region with a distributed work environment.
