The ideal candidate will have experience leading graduate hiring on a regional or global scale within the technology industry and a strong academic track record.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building effective partnerships with leading academic institutions.
  • Creating compelling propositions to inspire top talent to apply.
  • Driving talent analytics and providing real-time insights.
  • Conducting in-depth behavioral talent interviews and providing insights into candidate motivations and behaviors.
  • Monitoring hiring activities and ensuring consistency in operational processes.
  • Driving data-driven insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Continuously improving hiring processes and tools.
  • Advocating for diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A strong academic background (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Psychology or a people-related field.
  • Experience in hiring talent within the technology industry with a focus on graduate hiring.
  • A data-driven mindset capable of creating measurable outcomes using SQL.
  • Knowledge and appreciation of psychometric assessments and their interpretation.
  • Experience conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Greenhouse and Thomas International/DISC assessments.
  • High level of personal organization and self-motivation for remote work.
  • Willingness to travel for company events 2-4 times a year.
