Key Responsibilities:

  • Build effective partnerships with leading academic institutions to promote graduate opportunities.
  • Develop compelling propositions to attract top talent.
  • Utilize talent analytics for real-time insights into hiring processes.
  • Conduct in-depth behavioral talent interviews to gain insights into candidates' motivations and behaviors.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to monitor hiring activities and maintain operational consistency.
  • Drive data-driven insights to support robust decision-making in talent selection.
  • Streamline hiring processes and tools for continual improvement.
  • Advocate for diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.

Work Conditions:

  • This is a remote position based in the EMEA region.
  • Willingness to travel for company events 2-4 times a year for up to two weeks.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience in hiring talent in the technology industry, with a strong emphasis on graduate hiring.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, using SQL to create measurable outcomes.
  • Passion for utilizing scientific approaches in talent selection and assessment.
  • Experience with behavioral and competency-based interviews, and ability to train stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Greenhouse, Superset, and psychometric assessments is advantageous.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English is expected; additional language skills may be beneficial.
