Key Responsibilities:
- Build effective partnerships with leading academic institutions to promote graduate opportunities.
- Develop compelling propositions to attract top talent.
- Utilize talent analytics for real-time insights into hiring processes.
- Conduct in-depth behavioral talent interviews to gain insights into candidates' motivations and behaviors.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to monitor hiring activities and maintain operational consistency.
- Drive data-driven insights to support robust decision-making in talent selection.
- Streamline hiring processes and tools for continual improvement.
- Advocate for diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
Work Conditions:
- This is a remote position based in the EMEA region.
- Willingness to travel for company events 2-4 times a year for up to two weeks.
What We Are Looking For:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Experience in hiring talent in the technology industry, with a strong emphasis on graduate hiring.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, using SQL to create measurable outcomes.
- Passion for utilizing scientific approaches in talent selection and assessment.
- Experience with behavioral and competency-based interviews, and ability to train stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools such as Greenhouse, Superset, and psychometric assessments is advantageous.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is expected; additional language skills may be beneficial.
