Location: Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia (Remote)
Job Type: Full-time
Work Conditions: Remote position based in the EMEA region; willingness to travel to company events 2-4 times a year for up to two weeks each.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build effective partnerships with leading academic institutions to promote the company's graduate opportunities.
  • Create compelling propositions to attract top talent.
  • Utilize talent analytics to provide real-time insights that support efficient hiring processes.
  • Conduct in-depth behavioral talent interviews to gather insights into candidate motivations and behaviors.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to monitor hiring activities and ensure consistency in operational processes.
  • Drive data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Continuously review and improve hiring processes and tools.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in all hiring practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience in hiring within the technology industry, particularly in graduate recruitment.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to generate measurable outcomes and use SQL.
  • Exposure to psychometric assessments is preferable.
  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation for effective remote work.

Language Requirements:
A strong command of English is required.
