Location: Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia (Remote)
Job Type: Full-time
Work Conditions: Remote position based in the EMEA region; willingness to travel to company events 2-4 times a year for up to two weeks each.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build effective partnerships with leading academic institutions to promote the company's graduate opportunities.
- Create compelling propositions to attract top talent.
- Utilize talent analytics to provide real-time insights that support efficient hiring processes.
- Conduct in-depth behavioral talent interviews to gather insights into candidate motivations and behaviors.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to monitor hiring activities and ensure consistency in operational processes.
- Drive data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Continuously review and improve hiring processes and tools.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in all hiring practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Experience in hiring within the technology industry, particularly in graduate recruitment.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to generate measurable outcomes and use SQL.
- Exposure to psychometric assessments is preferable.
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation for effective remote work.
Language Requirements:
A strong command of English is required.
