As a Talent Scientist, you will collaborate with Hiring Leads to implement initiatives, automate processes, and provide insights on talent assessments. This role emphasizes the science of talent and performance rather than traditional recruiting. You will engage with global stakeholders to monitor hiring activities, streamline operational processes, and enhance candidate experience while fostering diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive talent analytics to provide real-time insights for hiring processes.
  • Conduct in-depth behavioral talent interviews to gain insights into motivations and behaviors.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to meet hiring agendas and ensure consistency.
  • Utilize data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
  • Review and improve hiring processes and tools continuously.
  • Collaborate with external parties to maximize return on investment.
  • Advocate for diversity and inclusion, removing unconscious bias from the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Psychology-based subject.
  • Experience in talent acquisition within the technology or consulting sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify trends using SQL; proficiency in Python and/or advanced statistical analysis is a plus.
  • Familiarity with psychometric assessments and experience conducting behavioral interviews.
  • Excellent self-organization skills to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel for company events 2-4 times a year.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience in sourcing and headhunting within the industry.
  • Knowledge of statistical significance testing, Bayesian inference, predictive analytics, and machine learning.
  • Exposure to tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, Greenhouse, DISC profiling, and Superset.
