As a Talent Scientist, you will collaborate with Hiring Leads to drive initiatives and best practices, while also delivering expert insights on talent assessments. This role is focused on the science of talent and performance rather than traditional recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive talent analytics to provide real-time insights and support efficient hiring processes.
- Conduct in-depth behavioral talent interviews to gain insights into candidates' motivations and behaviors.
- Build relationships with global stakeholders to deliver against hiring agendas, monitoring activities and ensuring consistency in operational processes.
- Provide data-driven insights to support robust decision-making.
- Enhance the employer brand by ensuring positive candidate experiences.
- Review and streamline hiring processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with third-party platforms to maximize return on investment.
- Promote diversity and inclusion by removing unconscious bias from hiring processes.
What We Are Looking For:
- A strong academic background, ideally a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a psychology-based subject.
- Experience in hiring talent within the technology or consulting sectors.
- A data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Passion for employing scientific approaches in talent selection.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SQL, and familiarity with Python and/or advanced statistical analysis.
- Experience in conducting behavioral, competency-based interviews and advising stakeholders.
- High level of organization and self-motivation to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel for company events (2-4 times a year, up to two weeks each).
Additional Skills That May Be Beneficial:
- Experience in sourcing and headhunting.
- Knowledge of statistical significance testing, Bayesian inference, predictive analytics, and machine learning.
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, Greenhouse, DISC profiling, and others.
