What We Look For in a Builder
Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, or similar) depending on your area of interest.
- Up to 2 years of experience, including internships or co-ops.
- A passion for continuous iteration and creative problem-solving across various functions; experience in your area of interest is beneficial, but potential is valued more than a perfect CV.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a preference for data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of prioritizing, multitasking, and working independently.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt as needed.
