Where You Could Build
- Product: Support Product Managers in shaping features that impact millions of shoppers, drawing on data and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement and conceptualize new products.
- Engineering: Collaborate with senior engineers on live projects, gaining mentorship and hands-on coding experience from day one.
- Design: Contribute to designing user experiences for a trusted financial product, working closely with Product and Engineering teams to define user journeys and iterate through wireframes.
- Data: Engage with analytics and reporting to provide insights that help the business understand customer behavior and inform decision-making.
- Commercial: In Sales, assist in pitching and signing new merchant partners, while in Account Management, help nurture and grow existing relationships.
- Marketing: Support the creation of brand narratives and campaigns that resonate with customers and merchants across the region.
- Finance & Accounting: Participate in month-end close and audits, helping to maintain the financial accuracy essential for a fast-scaling business.
- Strategy: Contribute to market research and strategic projects that inform executive decisions, gaining exposure to high-level strategic thinking.
What We Look For in a Builder
Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is desirable but proven experience and capability are equally valued.
- Up to 2 years of experience, including internships or co-ops.
- A genuine passion for iteration and problem-solving across various functions.
- Exposure to your area of interest through coursework, internships, or projects is a plus, though potential is more important than a perfect CV.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a preference for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently.
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and determining solutions as needed.
