Tamheer - Data Analysis and Reporting

As a Data Analyst at Bupa Arabia, you will be responsible for designing and managing data model connections within business reporting applications to enhance data architecture. Your role includes ensuring efficient data extraction and providing consolidated dashboards that support Medical Engagement Teams. Key responsibilities entail:

• Conducting data analysis and generating ad hoc reports to identify revenue and savings opportunities.
• Leading the redesign and partial automation of dashboards, starting with the Core Services Dashboard.
• Implementing a comprehensive health outcomes module that reflects the medical outcomes of provided Medical Engagement Services on the health engage platform.
• Supporting the international care team with up-to-date progress data and improving data architecture for fast and comprehensive data extraction.
• Assisting the NPS team in reporting and validating data extractions.
• Providing real-time engagement metrics for Mega Accounts and BCC groups through a Power BI tracking dashboard.
