Tamheer - Internal Communications Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and creative Tamheer candidate to join our team as an Internal Communications Specialist. The successful candidate will support internal communication initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and help ensure effective communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and distributing internal announcements, newsletters, and employee communications.
• Support the planning and execution of internal events, employee engagement activities, and company initiatives.
• Create and edit communication materials for internal channels.
• Maintain and update internal communication platforms and employee information.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure consistent and timely communication.
• Support the development of content that reflects the company's culture, values, and initiatives.
• Gather employee feedback and assist in evaluating internal communication effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of content creation and digital communication tools is an advantage.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Tamheer Eligibility

• Must meet the eligibility requirements of the HRDF Tamheer program.
• Must not be currently employed.
• Must satisfy all applicable Tamheer program conditions.
