Position

As Team Lead, Core Banking Program, you will support the analysis & delivery of the Wholesale banking Core Banking project, by proactively driving the delivery of a next-generation Core Banking platform for the company.

Responsibilities

  • Assist CIBG Lead with core banking system upgrades.
  • Oversee CIBG system changes from Oracle Flexcube implementation, ensuring configuration alignment.
  • Coordinate with the Flexcube team to integrate CIBG products and processes.
  • Manage CIBG configurations for product, regulatory, and reporting changes.
  • Review test cases for CIBG products and processes and provide signoff. Oversee UAT.
  • Validate data flows between Flexcube, corporate channels, and related systems.
  • Identify and address data quality issues with stakeholders promptly.
  • Ensure seamless and resilient digital journeys and integrations, with exception handling.
  • Collaborate with tech teams to optimize integrations.
  • Liaise between finance, IT, data, and Oracle teams on CIBG system changes.
  • Report progress, risks, and milestones to CIBG Lead.
  • Provide training on Oracle Flexcube for CIBG staff.
  • Lead gap analysis and suggest solutions for CIBG functionalities.
  • Design CIBG configurations in Flexcube and related systems, meeting technical and regulatory needs.
  • Execute accurate CIBG data migration.
  • Support MIS report generation for regulatory and compliance needs.
  • Draft/review BRD/FSD documents and provide CIBG signoff.
  • Represent CIBG in program working groups and update management.
  • Follow and document bank governance processes.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of the upgrade program.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree with 7-10 years in corporate banking.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Collaborates and integrates work with other teams including business, functions, technology, and operations.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing core banking systems, particularly integrating CIBG systems with Oracle Flexcube.
  • Experience in requirements management, gap analysis, and solutioning.
