Team Lead, Industry Consulting

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking a Team Lead, Industry Consultant to drive strategic pre-sales engagement across the asset lifecycle for industrial facilities in Dubai, UAE. This on-site, full-time position will report directly to the Director of Pre-Sales and requires a broad understanding of the asset lifecycle phases from design to operations. The Team Lead will collaborate with Sales, coordinate internal teams, assess customer opportunities, and identify process gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales to understand customer needs and define tailored account strategies.
• Conduct evaluations of customer business practices and technical environments.
• Develop actionable recommendations to support digital transformation using Hexagon ALI Solutions.
• Create solution roadmaps based on customer challenges, working closely with various teams.
• Lead pre-sales engagements including workshops, solution positioning, and proposal development.
• Provide feedback to influence product strategy and roadmap.
• Support the creation of business and functional requirements for RFIs/RFPs.
• Guide clients on their digital transformation journeys with Hexagon’s solutions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Engineering, Business, or equivalent degree.
• Experience: Approximately 15 years in pre-sales, consulting, or technical leadership roles within industrial facilities.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of industrial workflows and lifecycle phases.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to engage with customers at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Experience in developing strategic roadmaps and digital maturity assessments.

Language Requirements: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.

Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 40% across the EMIA region.
