The Team Lead for Software Development is critical in driving the company's software initiatives, blending technical expertise with modern engineering practices and leadership. Responsibilities:
- Lead design and delivery of complex systems using modern architectures and engineering best practices.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Golang, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch) databases.

- Familiarity with distributed messaging and event-driven design patterns.
