Team Lead Software Engineer

This job involves leading a team of software engineers responsible for designing, developing, and delivering innovative software solutions. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will provide mentorship and guidance to team members, support professional development through regular one-on-one meetings and performance assessments, and contribute to the execution of the software engineering strategy to align technology with business goals. Responsibilities include leading agile development processes, collaborating with architects and senior engineers to ensure high-quality code, monitoring project progress, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements include:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, including a minimum of 3 years in a comparable managerial role.
• Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies, alongside strong programming and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities, with a capability to manage software projects and resources effectively.

Additional qualifications:

• An advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications or training will be considered a plus.
