Team Leader - CCPL

As a Team Leader for the CCPL department at the company, your primary responsibility will be to manage a team of Sales Agents to achieve sales targets in credit card acquisition and balance-building. You will develop and implement sales strategies, set challenging performance objectives, and ensure the highest service standards are met for organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales targets for credit cards through direct sales channels.
• Manage lead generation and customer engagement strategies effectively.
• Set clear performance goals and monitor daily activities to track conversion rates.
• Coach and mentor the sales team, providing structured feedback to enhance performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain service quality.
• Analyze sales performance through reports and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Recruit and train direct sales agents to build a competent team.
• Collaborate with Sales Strategy and Product teams for alignment with business objectives.
• Continuously adapt strategies based on market trends and consumer insights.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• University degree.
• Strong people management skills.
• 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory role, with at least 3 years of people management experience.
• A background in marketing is preferred.
• Strong sales and customer-focused mindset, capable of working under pressure.
• Excellent presentation and analytical skills.
• Team player with a results-driven attitude.
