Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets for credit cards through direct sales channels.
- Manage lead generation and customer engagement strategies effectively.
- Set clear performance goals and monitor daily activities to track conversion rates.
- Coach and mentor the sales team, providing structured feedback to enhance performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain service quality.
- Analyze sales performance through reports and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Recruit and train direct sales agents to build a competent team.
- Collaborate with Sales Strategy and Product teams for alignment with business objectives.
- Continuously adapt strategies based on market trends and consumer insights.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- University degree.
- Strong people management skills.
- 3-5 years' experience in a supervisory role, with at least 3 years of people management experience.
- A background in marketing is preferred.
- Strong sales and customer-focused mindset, capable of working under pressure.
- Excellent presentation and analytical skills.
- Team player with a results-driven attitude.
