Key Responsibilities
- Managing resistance to change across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Aligning multiple business units around a common transformation agenda.

- Sustaining adoption and behavioural change after project go-live.
- Communicating effectively in complex and evolving environments.
Key Requirements for the Role
- Bachelor Degree with at least 10 years relevant experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Effective communication and change storytelling.
- Structured application of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR).
- Ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders and employees.
- Data-driven monitoring of adoption, readiness, and business outcomes.
What is the person expected to deliver in the first 6 to 12 months
First 6 Months
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders and transformation teams.
- Conduct change impact and stakeholder assessments for assigned initiatives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans.
- Implement communication and engagement activities aligned with project milestones.
- Establish change KPIs, adoption metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
Within 12 Months
- Demonstrate measurable adoption and readiness improvements across supported initiatives.
- Lead enterprise-wide change interventions for major transformation programs.
- Build a structured change champion network.
- Improve organizational change capability through toolkits, training, and governance.
- Contribute to benefits realization by ensuring sustainable behavioral and process adoption.
- Establish consistent change management standards and best practices across the portfolio.
