Team Leader, IMS

As a Team Leader, IMS at the company, you will lead the development, implementation, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS), including Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure compliance with ISO standards, drive audit readiness, and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).
• Plan and coordinate internal and external audits, management reviews, and compliance activities.
• Monitor IMS performance, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and company QHSE requirements.
• Support risk management, process improvement, and sustainability initiatives.
• Provide guidance and training on IMS requirements and best practices.

Basic Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, HSE, or a related field.
• IRCA Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IMS, Quality, or HSE management within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO management systems, auditing, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• OSH Practitioner certification or equivalent.
• Experience in the defense, aerospace, or manufacturing industry.
• Experience leading integrated management systems and continuous improvement programs.
