About the Job:
As a Team Leader in the Injaz program for the Retail Banking Group at the company, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets by driving credit card acquisition and balance-building through direct sales channels. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Achieving Sales Targets: Deliver monthly goals through effective sales management.
• Lead Management: Optimize lead utilization and implement customer engagement strategies.
• Drive Productivity: Set performance goals, track activities, and monitor conversion rates.
• Sales Effectiveness: Develop sales pitches and techniques to enhance customer acquisition.
• Team Coaching: Mentor and support the sales team to improve performance.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and high service quality.
• Performance Analysis: Identify opportunities for improvement through KPIs and sales reports.
• Recruitment & Training: Hire, train, and develop high-performing direct sales agents.
• Collaboration: Align field activities with business objectives by working with Sales Strategy and Product teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Adapt sales strategies based on market trends and customer insights.
