Team Leader - IT Strategic Sourcing

About the Job: The main objective of this role is to manage IT sourcing strategies to optimize the procurement of IT services by leveraging a strong understanding of IT services, market trends, supplier capabilities, and the total cost of ownership. This will enable cost efficiency and value creation across all IT services procured from the company’s development partners and other IT service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze IT services markets, supplier capabilities, and spend patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities and sourcing options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key IT service providers to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and service reliability.
• Collaborate with internal business departments to align sourcing strategies with their needs and enhance collaboration across departments.
• Drive the Risk Management process related to supply chain activities, ensuring compliance with the company's internal policies and relevant regulations.
• Develop an effective reporting platform to track and report on key performance indicators related to IT sourcing and supplier performance using data analytics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the IT Strategic Sourcing function.
• Implement a framework for categorizing IT development partners based on capabilities.
• Monitor supplier performance against defined KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
• 7-9 years of experience in IT strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP).
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Fluent in English.

ISR Requirements:
Read and comply with ISR policies of the company, reporting any weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or Information Security team. Complete all required ISR awareness sessions and follow associated guidelines in day-to-day operations.
