Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience
- Support in the implementation of CRM, CX, and other key customer initiatives in-store
- Monitor daily and weekly sales performance of the team
- Supervise, motivate, and manage a team to achieve set sellout targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales results and team performance
- Foster a positive, high-energy team environment focused on results
- Address and resolve performance issues
- Ensure the team is delivering excellent customer service
What You'll Need To Succeed:
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in Retail (Fashion, Jewelry, Accessories, Technology)
- English language proficiency
- 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Excel skills
