Responsibilities:

• Accountability for store-level sell-out targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with category managers at store level.
• Monitor daily and weekly sales performance of team members.
• Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of Experts to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales results and team performance.
• Foster a positive, high-energy team environment focused on results.
• Address and resolve performance issues.
• Ensure excellent customer service is delivered.

Requirements:

• English language proficiency.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field.
• Strong Excel skills.
