Team Leader - Luxury Tech

Responsibilities: - Accountable for store level sell out targets. - Build and maintain category manager relationships at store level. - Monitor daily and weekly sales performance of the team. - Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of Experts to achieve sellout targets. - Maintain accurate records of individual sales results and team performance. - Enhance individual Expert performance and skills. - Ensure appropriate stock levels in assigned stores. - Foster a positive, high-energy team environment focused on results. - Address and resolve any performance issues. - Ensure excellent customer service delivery from the team.

Requirements: - Proficiency in English. - Minimum of 2 years of experience. - Strong Excel skills.
