Key Responsibilities:
- Accountability for store level sell-out targets.
- Build relationships with category managers at store level.
- Monitor daily and weekly sales performance of each team member.
- Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of permanent experts to achieve sell-out targets.
- Maintain accurate records of individual sales results, team performance, and activities.
- Improve individual expert performance and skills.
- Ensure appropriate stock levels in assigned stores.
- Foster a positive, high-energy team environment focused on results.
- Address and resolve any performance issues to ensure excellent customer service.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in retail (Fashion, Jewelry, Accessories, Technology).
- Proficient in English (language requirement).
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Excel skills.
