Team Leader – SQA – Enterprise, Data & Ops

About the role
The Team Leader for SQA – Enterprise, Data & Ops is a key position responsible for overseeing quality assurance for the organization’s back-office operations. This role is specifically tailored for candidates based in the UAE, focusing on enterprise resource planning, business process automation, and critical data warehousing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Platform Validation: Manage QA delivery for heavy enterprise and HR systems, including Oracle HCM, HRMS, ERP/CRM.
• Process Automation & BPM: Govern the testing of complex operational workflows and intelligent automation spanning Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Newgen BPM/COB, and Ultimus.
• Data & Reconciliation Integrity: Lead comprehensive ETL and reporting validation for the Data Warehouse, General Ledger reconciliation, and T24 Reports.
• Document & File Management: Ensure functional stability of internal file transfer and storage architectures.

Core Skill Set:

• Advanced ETL/Data Warehouse testing
• Enterprise software validation (ERP/CRM)
• RPA governance
• Complex business process mapping

Years of Experience:

• 8–10 years in Enterprise systems QA or Data Engineering QA.

Preferred Certifications:

• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager
• Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
• Relevant RPA/ERP certifications
