Key Accountabilities
Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the set targets are met/exceeded on time.
  • Ensure the team fully adheres to the company policy and procedure on day-to-day business management.
  • Monitor the day-to-day activities of IFE’s and ensure appropriate business management/control is in place.
  • Coach the team on daily business activities to achieve monthly goals.
  • Review and recommend standard credit applications and ensure the authenticity of critical documents (MRF, identification documents, bank statements, etc.).
  • Ensure proper handover of all customer-related files/documents prior to staff resignations/terminations and arrange for proper follow-up/closing of each case.
  • Handle customer complaints directly and ensure all IFE’s are aware of products, policies & promotions of the company, keeping them updated on changes.

Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Motivate high achievers by recognizing them in team meetings and providing opportunities for other staff to excel.
  • Recognize staff training requirements while evaluating their monthly performance and arrange training/coaching based on identified weaknesses.
  • Recommend disciplinary actions for those who show no improvements.
  • Visit ministries, departments, and listed companies, providing reports to the Business Visit Report to the SM.

Annual Responsibilities:

  • Conduct annual appraisals and recommend staff recognition.

Requirements
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

  • Familiarity with core banking and application sourcing systems.
  • Exposure to Outlook, email, and HR systems.

Educational Qualification:

  • Preferably a graduate; Diploma or high school based on work experience/exposure.
