Team Leader

About the Role
The team leader will be responsible for improving the Customer Service Index through prompt customer attention, timely delivery, and adherence to the FIRFT (Fix It Right First Time) principle, which will contribute to increased revenue.

Job Responsibilities

• Control and monitor jobs based on technicians' abilities to achieve the highest productivity and customer satisfaction with the lowest return jobs. Ensure each job is completed within the promised delivery time.
• Open job cards and process them efficiently.
• Evaluate and monitor technician performance against set standards, identifying needs for training or coaching support. Motivate the team to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Diagnose technical problems with and without diagnostic tools.
• Conduct quality checks and road tests of vehicles.
• Ensure a solid understanding of automotive service techniques.
• Ensure adherence to the company's health and safety policies, maintain tools and equipment in good order, and uphold housekeeping standards to preserve a safe and healthy working environment.

Candidate Requirements

• 3-5 years of working experience in a dealership.
• Proficient in both English and Arabic.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Computer literate.
• Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure.

Education
Diploma in Automobile Engineering
