About the Role
This role focuses on providing essential support in range planning and defining prices and conditions in collaboration with Sales and Pricing. You will ensure that customer complaints are handled efficiently, organize internal and external customer visits, and quickly prepare quotations based on established criteria. The implementation of a regional customer service strategy and the management of customer master data are also key responsibilities. Ensuring timely order entry and processing of samples while monitoring customer-specific contracts and status will be part of your daily tasks.

Responsibilities
- Support range planning and define prices and conditions with Sales and Pricing.
- Process customer complaints meticulously in collaboration with Notification Management and Sales colleagues.
- Organize and support internal and external customer visits.
- Prepare quotations rapidly in collaboration with Pricing, adhering to minimum order quantities, bulk pricing, extra packaging charges, and payment/delivery terms.
- Implement the regional customer service strategy actively.
- Structure and maintain customer master data, ensuring it is continually updated.
- Enter and confirm orders in the system following availability checks and processing protocols.
- Process samples timely, considering throughput, delivery times, cost-optimal sample numbers, in collaboration with Sales teams.
- Conduct regular monitoring of contracts, prices, order quantities, batch sizes, delivery packaging, payment, and delivery conditions, producing relevant regional evaluations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 8-10 years of experience in sales support, preferably in the Food & Beverage Industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales-related tools.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Preference given to candidates currently in the UAE.
