The Cyber Security Consultants – Strategy/Transformation roles (Senior Consultant, Assistant Manager, Manager, Senior Manager) are vital in executing strategic initiatives within the Cybersecurity (CS) Priorities portfolio. Extensive travel to our MENA and GCC offices for client engagements is required, and you will be responsible for planning, designing, developing, and deploying complex cross-functional initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and execute large, strategic initiatives under the CS Priorities portfolio, collaborating with leadership stakeholders.
- Develop high-impact relationships with decision makers and influencers within the organization to understand their evolving needs and business imperatives.
- Collaborate with the reporting/business analytics function to evaluate business KPIs and support the business leader in understanding program KPIs.
- Identify and close new business opportunities to promote growth and enhance revenue.
- Guide various workstream leaders in developing implementation plans and key success measures.
- Work with diverse functional teams, including Finance, IT, Risk, Communications, and Talent.
- Coordinate different business teams to ensure alignment with overall program objectives.
- Gain expertise in various systems and processes within the organization to enhance execution efficiency.
- Provide strategic solutions to arising challenges.

Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in computer science, computer engineering, or cybersecurity from a recognized institution.
- Experience required:
- 3-6+ years for Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager
- 5-7+ years for Manager
- 10+ years for Senior Manager
- Certifications: CISA, CISM, CRISC, NIST, CISSP or equivalent.
