As a Tech Del & Ops Excellence Analyst, you will be involved in helping clients improve their performance and create lasting value through innovation and expertise in technology.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Learn and understand the telecommunication technology landscape, including digital channels, business support applications, and network technologies.
- Gain exposure to 5G, IoT, and emerging telecom trends through research and practical tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as network engineers, data analysts, and customer care professionals.
- Support the customer experience team by understanding common technical issues and solutions.
- Analyze customer data and service usage trends to identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment of business objectives.
- Learn programming skills, modern frameworks, and design thinking to build applications solving business and IT challenges.
- Understand business requirements to translate them into technical requirements for project design and delivery.
