Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Background Requirements:
- 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5+ years of experience leading teams.
- Background in tech or consulting firms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for clients, focusing on digital transformation beyond immediate fixes.
- Implement staffing strategies and manage delivery and personnel.
- Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Oversee vulnerability management, including regular scanning and remediation of security flaws.
- Execute penetration testing to assess system and network security.
- Analyze security data via SIEM/EDR to identify patterns of malicious activity.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2) and internal security policies.
