Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Background Requirements:

  • 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5+ years of experience leading teams.
  • Background in tech or consulting firms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the long-term technical roadmap for clients, focusing on digital transformation beyond immediate fixes.
  • Implement staffing strategies and manage delivery and personnel.
  • Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Oversee vulnerability management, including regular scanning and remediation of security flaws.
  • Execute penetration testing to assess system and network security.
  • Analyze security data via SIEM/EDR to identify patterns of malicious activity.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2) and internal security policies.
