The Tech Director role is crucial for the success of our Studio growth strategy. This position involves deal solutioning and the execution of projects within the assigned territory. The Tech Director combines business, commercial, and technical expertise to consult with clients, understand their business challenges in online commerce, and guide them to potential solutions. You will drive the delivery of solutions post-sale in collaboration with the Delivery Director (operations) and Client Partner (sales).
As a leader, the Tech Director will build and manage a team of Technology Managers, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the company values.
Experience Requirements:
- 12+ years in software engineering, with at least 5+ years in high-level management.
- Background in Tech, Consulting firms, or Media & Entertainment is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for clients, guiding their digital transformation beyond immediate fixes.
- Develop staffing strategy, delivery management, and people management.
