We are looking for a Tech Director to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. This role is critical to the overall success of our Studio growth strategy, responsible for deal solutioning and execution of projects within the assigned territory. The Tech Director has a mix of business, commercial, and technology expertise, consulting with clients to understand their business challenges in online commerce and guiding them to implement viable solutions. This role also involves driving the delivery of the solution post-sale.
The Tech Director is part of the Client POD, working closely with the Delivery Director (operations) and Client Partner (sales). Given the nature of the responsibilities, the position requires strong interaction with clients and stakeholders, ensuring successful account management and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and build a team of Technology Managers to support clients and prospects.
- Create a high-performance team with a culture founded on the company values.
- Consult with clients to understand their business challenges and propose solutions.
- Oversee the execution of projects and ensure successful delivery.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, QA/QC, and software testing.
- Background in consulting firms or media & entertainment sectors is preferred.
- Experience in staffing strategy, delivery management, people management, project management, and consulting.
Soft Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and functions.
