In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with professionals who have developed groundbreaking solutions in their fields. You will make a significant impact by participating in large-scale projects on a global level and advancing your career within our specialized Studios, which focus on the latest technologies and trends to provide tailored solutions to specific challenges.
As a Tech Director, you will:
- Mentor and coach a team of Tech Leads and Architects.
- Influence a large team or multiple teams to achieve their goals.
- Recommend strategic code reuse opportunities across the company.
- Define technical profiles, performance, and training standards.
- Train teams in Agile best practices and act as Scrum Master.
- Travel to expand your horizons and choose your career path from over 600 simultaneous projects.
- Be part of an agile pod, collaborating directly with our customers and evolving through increased speed, quality, and autonomy.
