Tech Director

The Technology Director role is critical to the overall success of our Studio growth strategy, responsible for the deal solutioning and execution of projects within their assigned territory. The Technical Director has a mix of Business, Commercial & Technology expertise that consults with clients to understand their business challenges in online commerce, guiding them to possible solutions that we can implement to solve the problem statement. The Technology Director leads and builds a team of Technology Managers to support the clients and prospects in their portfolio, creating a high-performance team with a culture founded on the company values.

Requirements

• 12+ years in software engineering, with at least 5+ years in high-level management.
• Background experience in Tech, Consulting firms, or Media & Entertainment.
• Define the long-term technical roadmap for the client, moving beyond immediate fixes to guide their digital transformation.
• Staffing Strategy, Delivery Management, People Management,
• Consulting and Technical qualifications are advantageous.
