Tech Director

About
The Technology Director role is critical to the overall success of our Studio growth strategy, responsible for the deal solutioning and execution of projects within their assigned territory. The Technology Director has a mix of Business, Commercial & Technology expertise, that consults with clients to understand their business challenges in online commerce, and guides them to possible solutions that we can implement to solve the problem statement. Ultimately, they drive the delivery of the solution post-sale. The Technology Director is part of the Client POD, working closely with the Delivery Director (operations) and Client Partner (sales). Because of the nature of its responsibilities, the position requires strong interaction with clients and stakeholders, bringing business-facing capabilities and overall account farming/hunting important for the role. The Technology Director leads and builds a team of Technology Managers to support the clients and prospects in their portfolio, creating a high-performance team with a culture founded on the company values.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, QA/QC and software testing background
• Background experience in Consulting firms, or Media & Entertainment background
• Software testing and product management experience
• Staffing Strategy, Delivery Management, People Management
• Project Management, Consulting, or Technical qualifications are advantageous
